Job summary

ACS: Commercial & Residential Flooring Specialists is seeking a Sales Coordinator who will own the front end of the Commercial sales process. You will handle lead intake, qualification, follow-ups, quotes, and material ordering, ensuring a fast, professional first response and smooth movement of every lead and order through to install.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inside sales support or related roles, are highly organized, and proficient with CRM and Excel.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in inside sales support, customer service, order entry, or sales coordination.
Fast, organized, and comfortable juggling phones, email, and a CRM at high volume.
Strong follow-through with a habit of moving each lead, quote, and order to the next step.
Clear, friendly communicator by phone and email.
Working knowledge of Excel and CRM or database tools.
Experience with QuickBase or a similar CRM preferred.
Experience with Home Depot systems or a retail-installed sales program preferred.
Background in flooring, home improvement, building materials, or installed sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Intake & Qualification: review, qualify, and route new Home Depot leads.
Maintain the leads and measures dashboard daily to reflect current status.
Customer Communication: answer the department phone line and triage shared inboxes.
Order Entry & Material Tracking: place material orders and track through warehouse confirmation.
Sales Support: prepare quotes, follow up on quotes and payments, back up order entry.
