Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions using fact finding, information searching and gathering, and product knowledge to resolve issues.
• Verify information to ensure accuracy and route complex tasks appropriately.
• Perform data entry with accuracy and manage routing/complexity as needed.
• Oversee processes in a managerial capacity and maintain strong verbal communication.
• Call center experience is helpful to manage customer interactions effectively.
