Job summary

The Franklin Investment Corporation dba Franklin Industries is seeking a proactive Sales and Logistics Coordinator to manage T-Post sales inquiries, process orders in Sage 100, coordinate production and shipping, and ensure timely delivery of finished goods. The role collaborates across Sales, Farm, Highway, Shipping, and carriers.

Responsibilities include order entry, pricing communication, and maintaining accurate data while coordinating with leadership to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or a related function.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer orders, shipments, and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to accurately enter and retrieve information from ERP systems.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, carriers, production personnel, and company leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for T-Post customer inquiries and orders.
• Enter customer orders accurately into Sage 100 and applicable company systems.
• Provide customers with product availability, order status, lead-time, and shipping information.
• Coordinate customer requirements with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Farm operations.
• Book and schedule trucks and monitor shipments and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer account and order information and escalate issues when needed.
• Communicate order changes promptly to affected departments.
