Job summary

Zuern Building Products & Design Center is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Franklin to support account managers by processing quotations and orders, data entry, scheduling and communicating with customers, vendors and co-workers.

The role requires a vocational business degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to read blueprints. It offers career growth in a family-owned environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a Vocational degree in Business or related field and/or 2+ years experience in the building materials industry.
• Must be able to read blueprints and understand building materials terminology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes and orders in POS system, set up new job accounts and maintain pricing.
• Check and confirm order acknowledgements and update customers accordingly.
• Assist account managers with showroom product selections and smaller project take-offs.
• Communicate pricing, shipping dates, delays and information needed by customers and managers.
• Stay current on vendor pricing, product availability and software tools used.
• Back up the service counter to assist customers as needed.
• Review old orders and follow up on quotes and outstanding items.
• Demonstrate teamwork, organization and a proactive attitude.
