Adventist Health Roseville is seeking an Employee Health Coordinator to assist the RN in coordinating daily activities of the employee health services across the system. The role handles immunizations, pre-employment health screenings, and ongoing health programs.

You will work with health providers and coordinators to onboard new hires and ensure compliance with Adventist Health standards, maintain records, and support data reporting, audits, and HIPAA privacy.

Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent: Preferred
• Five years' relevant experience: Preferred

Responsabilités

• Coordinate scheduling and onboarding of pre-hire health requirements and annual health screens.
• Maintain confidential employee health records and HIPAA compliance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards from employee health systems.
• Track compliance with immunizations, screenings, and surveillance.
• Serve as primary administrative contact for the centralized employee health program.
• Notify leadership of gaps in compliance and ensure follow-up workflows.

Formation
