Job summary

Adventist Health Roseville is seeking a Coordinator to ensure daily nursing unit staffing, forecast vacancies, and coordinate internal staff and external agencies.

You will enter census and staffing data into scheduling systems, maintain schedules and contact lists, and support clerical duties in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This per diem role emphasizes teamwork and patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required.
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates, maintains and updates daily staffing sheets, as well as updating the working master schedules on a daily basis. Coordinates with bed control to ensure required assignments are staffed.
• Maintains and updates employee contact information for designated areas. Maintains staff qualifications list.
• Maintains attendance records, on-call and float lists. Processes leave requests. Inputs data into payroll system.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
