Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR support, admin, or coordination roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver clear information.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute employee communications (announcements, schedule updates, policy reminders).
• Ensure information is clear, accurate, and timely for office and production staff.
• Post and maintain updates on boards, breakrooms, and internal systems.
• Plan and execute internal events (all-hands, town halls, leadership updates).
• Coordinate company social events (outings, picnics, parties, volunteer days).
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires (orientation, materials, badges, paperwork).
• Schedule interviews and assist with recruitment collateral.
• Support onboarding training plans for new production and office employees.
• Assist front desk duties as needed.
