Loop Returns seeks an Events and Employee Experience Manager to own internal events and our Columbus office. You will lead planning across high-visibility gatherings, partner with People, Product, and Success teams, and ensure experiences align with business goals.

You will also oversee office operations, manage local on-sites, and drive employee connection across Loop’s global hubs. This role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and detail-oriented execution.

Qualifications

• Experience planning internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong communication skills across email, calls, video, and in-person interactions.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Loop’s core internal events and customer summit.
• Own end-to-end event logistics and post-event wrap-up.
• Manage office operations and hub engagement across multiple markets.
