Job summary

Loop in Columbus, OH is seeking an Events and Employee Experience Manager to own internal events and manage the Columbus office. You will drive planning for Loopapalooza and hub events, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to align experiences with business goals and culture.

You’ll partner with People, Product, Customer Success, Enablement, and Strategy teams to deliver engaging experiences for Loop employees and our top customers, while ensuring the Columbus workspace is welcoming,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating employee and/or customer events.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Local to Columbus, OH; in-office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal events and customer summit to foster engagement.
• Own end-to-end event logistics including venue, vendors, travel, and on-site.
• Align programming with company goals and culture initiatives.
• Oversee hub markets engagement and plan events.
• Manage office operations, access, culture, and on-site experiences.
• Coordinate 15+ annual team on-sites in Columbus.
• Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships.
