Job summary

Loop is seeking an Events and Employee Experience Manager to shape day-to-day and milestone moments for our team and merchants. You will own core event planning, engagement programming, and the Columbus office experience, partnering with People, Product, CS, Enablement, and Strategy teams to align experiences with business goals.

• Experience overseeing customer and/or employee event planning or related experiential marketing and brand events.
• Passionate about helping others and making their jobs easier and more enjoyable.
• Strong communication skills across email, calls, video, chat, etc.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail and proactive in solving problems.
• Ability to foster connection within distributed employee populations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Loop’s core internal events and customer summit to engage employees and customers.
• Own end-to-end event logistics: venue sourcing, vendor management, travel, on-site execution, post-event wrap-up.
• Align programming for signature events with company goals, culture initiatives, and employee experience priorities.
• Manage employee experiences in Loop's hub markets and support hub employees in engagement activities.
• Oversee event budgets, contracts, and expenses to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Ensure all communications, materials, and on-site flow create inclusive, memorable experiences.
• Oversee feedback mechanisms to improve employee experience and act on results.
• Create and maintain an engaging office community in Columbus and related duties.
