Job summary

Amazon in Bath, NY is seeking an HR Partner to support PXT operations and drive employee experience. You’ll partner with operations to reinforce workplace standards, execute standard work, and coach leaders on engagement and performance conversations.

You’ll handle frontline employee support, manage feedback channels, and track key HR metrics while promoting self-service tools. This role requires an onsite presence at an Amazon facility and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, meeting SLAs and maintaining documentation.
• Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring resolution.
• Assist in running and monitoring feedback channels (roundtables, floor walks, engagement activities).
• Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that impact engagement and retention.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Track and summarize PXT-related data and prepare insights for site reviews or discussions.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify gaps for improvement
