Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a Human Resources role.
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or other service-oriented environments.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
• Experience HR records Compliance preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, status changes, and separations.
• Maintain accurate employee records throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable record retention requirements.
• Serve as a primary administrator for HR systems, including Paycom.
• Generate reports and dashboards for HR and organizational leadership.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs, celebrations, and engagement activities.
• Plan and support employee appreciation events, milestone celebrations, wellness initiatives, and special employee programs.
• Assist with employee communications related to engagement activities.
