Job summary

Circles is seeking an Employee Experience Concierge for a full-time, on-site role in Covington, KY. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with compensation starting at $22 per hour.

You will engage with colleagues, promote Circles onsite, and support events and programs to enhance the employee experience. The role emphasizes exceptional communication, relationship-building, and a tech-friendly, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Research a Disney World trip for a family of four during workday.
• Write an article about local restaurants in your area.
• Host an onsite table to promote Circles.
• Deliver a virtual presentation on the concierge service for a team of 20.
• Coordinate with an onsite lead for upcoming programs.
• Find fun events for associates to attend in the evenings.
