Job summary

Circles Group is seeking an Employee Experience Concierge who thrives on helping people and delivering top-level service. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a starting compensation of $22.00 per hour.

You will research family trips, write local restaurant guides, host on-site promotions, and present our concierge services to teams. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience; prior front desk, concierge, or other hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to provide quality service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Research a trip to Disney World for a family of four.
• Write an article about local restaurants in your area.
• Host an onsite table to promote Circles.
• Do a virtual presentation on the concierge service for a team of 20.
• Connect with an onsite lead for an upcoming program.
• Find fun events for associates to do that evening.
