Circles North America is seeking an Employee Experience Concierge who thrives on helping people and delivering exceptional service. This full-time, on-site role involves researching family trips, writing local restaurant features, hosting promotional events, delivering virtual presentations, and coordinating with onsite leads for upcoming programs.

You will also curate engaging evening activities for associates.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience; front desk/concierge or hospitality background preferred.

Position Overview:

Circles is looking for an Employee Experience Concierge who loves working with people! This role is perfect for you if you are outgoing, industrious, and have a passion for providing the highest level of service.

On a typical day you will research a trip to Disney World for a family of four, write an article about local restaurants in your area, host an onsite table to promote Circles, do a virtual presentation on the concierge service for a team of 20, connect with an onsite lead for an upcoming program and finish your day with finding fun events for associates to do that evening!

This is a full-time, 100% on-site position with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Compensation for role starts at $22.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Education/ Certification:
• 2 years of customer service experience; prior front desk, concierge, or other hospitality experience preferred.

• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
