Circles is seeking a Workplace Hospitality Team Lead to deliver five-star service to employees, clients, and guests in a professional corporate office in Memphis. You will lead concierge operations, manage daily tasks, and promote onsite services with warmth and efficiency.

The role emphasizes leadership, event support, and collaboration with management to ensure exceptional workplace experiences for a high-performing culture. Monday–Friday, onsite, with an attractive schedule.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in front desk, concierge, hospitality, workplace services, or related service environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to use internet search tools, navigate systems, and conduct accurate data entry.
• Dependable, flexible, and committed to delivering consistent service.
• Experience supporting a corporate office environment.
• Familiarity with service request systems and visitor management tools.
• Experience working with employees, vendors, and guests in a polished service setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Anticipate and address needs to deliver high-touch experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and common spaces.
• Support new hire tours and visitor arrivals.
• Stay informed about building activities and local resources.
• Assist with monthly tabling events to promote concierge services.
• Ensure front desk and switchboard coverage and assist with security procedures.
• Lead onboarding and training; document open requests and follow-ups.
• Promote concierge services and align initiatives with client expectations.
• Build relationships and drive engagement through proactive outreach.
