Job summary

Circles is seeking an Employee Experience Concierge who loves working with people. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with compensation starting at $22.00 per hour.

You will engage with teammates, coordinate experiences, and help promote Circles' culture through high-level service. Ideal candidates have strong communication, relationship-building skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience; prior front desk, concierge, or other hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to provide quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Research a trip to Disney World for a family of four.
• Write an article about local restaurants in your area.
• Host an onsite table to promote Circles.
• Do a virtual presentation on the concierge service for a team of 20.
• Connect with an onsite lead for an upcoming program.
• Finish your day finding fun events for associates to do that evening.
