Job summary

Circles is seeking an Employee Experience Concierge who loves working with people and delivering exceptional service. This full-time, on-site role requires an outgoing, industrious individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

On a typical day you will research trips, write about local restaurants, host an onsite promo table, present our concierge service to a team, engage with an onsite lead, and plan enjoyable events for associates.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience; prior front desk, concierge, or hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Research a trip to Disney World for a family of four.
• Write an article about local restaurants in your area.
• Host an onsite table to promote Circles.
• Do a virtual presentation on the concierge service for a team of 20.
• Connect with an onsite lead for an upcoming program.
• Find fun events for associates to do that evening.
