Qualifications

• 1+ years of employee benefits experience.
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Windows environment.
• Problem solving, critical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication, exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Support Benefits Relationship Managers in servicing benefit consulting responsibilities.
• Aid onboarding new customers by gathering and reviewing documents for completeness.
• Assist with enrollment adds, terms, or changes to employee enrollments.
• Prepare renewal and installation paperwork and related compliance documents.
• Draft employee communication materials for peer review.
• Communicate with carriers regarding billing discrepancies or simple claims issues.
