• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Must obtain Life/Accident and Health Insurance Agent License within one year.

Aufgaben

• Assist Senior Benefit Consultant with servicing employee benefit clients.
• Prepare content and data elements for client deliverables and meetings.
• Provide day-to-day client support, resolve billing issues and escalated claims.
• Prepare materials for meetings and document action items.
• Develop content for Open Enrollment meetings and client deliverables.
• Oversee vendor implementation processes and calls.
