Job summary

Acrisure in Port Huron, MI is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary day-to-day contact for service needs of external and internal customers. You will facilitate service deliverables and manage timely, accurate responses, using Applied Systems / EPIC and collaboration across teams.

The role requires a health and life license, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of employee benefits experience.
• CPCU or related training is a plus.
• Active Health & Life License required.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts and transactions (quotes, policies, endorsements, certificates, renewals).
• Respond to client inquiries and internal requests promptly.
• Develop coverage strategies as needed.
• Insurance marketing and sales responsibilities.
• Collect renewal data for assigned accounts.
• Provide claims support.
• Maintain data in Applied Systems / EPIC.
• Document activities in the agency management system.
• Assist other departments with information for policy issuance.
• Keep Producers informed of important activities.
• Stay current with industry trends and underwriting requirements.
• Complete backup duties as needed.
