Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. The Account Manager is the primary day-to-day contact for all service needs for both external and internal customers. They coordinate service deliverables and ensure accurate, timely responses.

This role requires subject matter expertise in client services, insurance processing, and customer experience delivery, with on-site collaboration and cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life License required.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of insurance concepts and carrier underwriting requirements.
• Experience with Applied Systems/EPIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for service needs for internal and external customers.
• Facilitate service deliverables and ensure accurate, efficient responses.
• Develop coverage strategies and plans as needed.
• Support insurance processing, claims, renewals, and correspondence.
• Maintain client data in agency management systems and document activities.
