Gallagher is hiring for a Producer who will drive growth by understanding client needs and expanding our book of business. You will leverage the Proactive People Strategy and Gallagher cross-division capabilities to deliver results for clients.

You will work to maintain strong relationships with executives, collaborate with internal experts, and pursue opportunities for expanded services while advancing your career within Gallagher.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing. OR Bachelor's degree with Gallagher's Sales Internship Program and licensing.
• High school diploma with 6 years experience accepted in some cases.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a book of business from a network of contacts.
• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline with qualified leads.
• Conduct client discovery with senior executives (CEO/CFO/CHRO).
• Consult clients independently and identify opportunities to involve SMEs.
• Schedule client reviews and coordinate with the Client Service team to ensure retention.
