Job summary

The Standard is seeking a capable supervisor to lead the Employee Benefits Sales and Service Office, driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the office block. You will mentor staff, develop service strategies, and work with field leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality renewals and service delivery.

A Bachelor's in Business and 3–5 years of supervision in employee benefits are required, along with applicable licenses and a valid auto for business use.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in supervision in the Employee Benefits field.
• Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office’s assigned territory and NY.
• Personal automobile available for business use with adequate insurance and safe driving record.
• Degree in Business or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer service strategies to drive growth, profitability, and retention in Employee Benefits Sales and Service.
• Coordinate with the Director of Field Service to align service strategy with the sales vision.
• Partner with the Employee Benefits Sales Manager to meet office goals and drive profitability.
• Lead staff to maintain customer focus and renewals with high service standards.
