The Standard is seeking a results-driven leader for its Employee Benefits Sales and Service Office. You will develop business plans, guide staff, and manage customer relationships to drive profitability and renewals across the office block.

A demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate with sales managers is essential. Expect a base salary range of $62,500 to $124,500 with an incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 3 to 5 years experience in supervision, preferably in the Employee Benefits field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
• Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office’s assigned territory and the state of New York.
• Personal automobile available for business use with adequate insurance and a safe driving record.

• Develop and implement business plans for assigned offices to drive profitability and growth.
• Lead and motivate staff to keep the customer focus across the life cycle.
• Coach staff to manage customers toward renewals and sustainable service.
• Review, negotiate and resolve complex service issues; attend client meetings.
