The Standard is looking for a results-driven leader to manage growth, profitability and client retention within the Employee Benefits Sales and Service Office. You will coordinate a service strategy with the Director of Field Service and align with the Sales Manager to meet office goals.

Key responsibilities include developing business plans, coaching staff, guiding renewals, and resolving escalated service issues to drive long-term profitability and customer success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in supervision, preferably in the Employee Benefits field.
• Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office’s assigned territory and NY.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a business plan for assigned offices to maintain profitability and growth.
• Lead and motivate staff to keep customer focus across the lifecycle.
• Provide leadership to manage customer blocks toward renewals and sales.
• Review, negotiate and resolve complex service issues; attend meetings with brokers/customers.
