Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Director to lead client relationships within an assigned book of business. You’ll manage internal and external relationships, understand client needs, and oversee delivery across teams.

While not primarily a new-business seller, you will engage in the sales process to support retention and growth. The role requires advanced knowledge of group benefits, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business (preferred).
• 5–8 years industry experience in insurance/consulting.
• Ability to manage senior client executives and cultivate relationships.
• License to sell life and health insurance in Michigan.

Responsabilités

• Own the client relationship within an assigned book-of-business and maintain strong internal/external relationships.
• Understand client needs and guide the team delivering all services.
• Participate in the sales process to support growth and retention.
• Maintain a high client retention rate and a book of business that meets size targets over time.
