Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Manager to actively manage a book of business on the Employee Health & Benefits team. You’ll ensure welfare benefit plans meet client goals, with initial supervision by a VP/SVP/Partner to ensure quality output.

This Michigan-based role offers hybrid work from Grand Rapids, Livonia, or Troy offices, and opportunities to develop client-facing expertise and regulatory guidance through collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, HR, or related area.
• Experience in welfare benefit plan industry is preferred (3–5 years).
• Knowledge of group insurance products is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Active management of a book of business to meet client welfare plan goals.
• Work with VP/SVP/Partner to ensure high-quality, timely work product.
• Collaborate with team members across office locations to serve clients.
