Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team to actively manage a book of business and ensure welfare benefit plan goals are met. As a Client Manager, you will work closely with VP or SVPs and assigned Partners to deliver high-quality, timely work that can lead to greater independence.

This role offers a hybrid work model with potential to work from Michigan offices in Grand Rapids, Livonia or Troy, and requires strong client-service and communication

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in welfare benefit plan industry preferred.
• Knowledge of group insurance (medical, dental, vision, life and disability) desired.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to research regulatory issues and provide clear guidance to clients.
• Capable of multi-tasking under pressure and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business within Employee Health & Benefits to meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with VP/SVPs and Partners to ensure high-quality, timely work.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide guidance on plan design and compliance.
• Contribute to cross-functional teamwork and client service delivery.
