You will drive wellness initiatives, ensure compliance, and participate in continuing education to keep licenses current. A Life & Health license is required, with strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand client relationships within the Employee Health & Benefits team.
• Collaborate with sales, carriers and clients to establish and renew benefit plans.
• Conduct employee open enrollment meetings and wellness options.
• Handle day-to-day service tasks to meet client needs.
• Participate in strategy meetings and present to decision makers.
• Coordinate marketing processes for new and renewal group business.
