Marsh McLennan Agency in Saddle Brook, NJ is seeking a Client Service Associate on the Employee Health & Benefits team to deliver outstanding client service and apply employee benefit expertise to help clients meet long-term goals. You will work with sales professionals, consultants, and carrier partners to support renewal, implementation, and open enrollment.

You will coordinate data, respond to inquiries, maintain vendor relationships, and uphold HIPAA and welfare compliance standards while

Competenze

• Experience with employee benefits including medical, dental, life and disability.
• Knowledge of Health & Welfare compliance (HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, ACA).
• Ability to present to professionals at each client.

Mansioni

• Assist with coordination and execution of project plans and client presentations.
• Support renewal, RFP, and implementation processes for client projects.
• Pull and analyze benchmark survey data for client plans and summarize findings.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
• Coordinate renewal processes, census data, and ERISA Wrap documents.
• Respond to client inquiries via email or phone.
• Review plan design for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Assist with open enrollment communications and vendor coordination.
