You will prospect and develop new business, manage existing client accounts, present plans and enrollments, and advise on benefits programs, working closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and regulatory compliance. This role offers hybrid work and a proactive, client-focused culture.

Competenze

• Active Accident, Health and Life licenses required.
• Experience in group benefits insurance sales.
• Strong knowledge of group benefits products, services and markets.
• Proven sales, prospecting and negotiation skills to achieve goals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
