Kapnick Insurance Group is seeking an Account Manager within the employee benefits division to serve small business clients. You will be the primary contact for day-to-day service needs, handling administrative tasks, renewals, and carrier documentation.

The role emphasizes client communication, coordination with the benefits team, and accurate maintenance of client records to ensure smooth renewals and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Employee Group Benefit experience preferred.
• 2-3 years customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Promptly identify and resolve client issues (administrative, billing, claims).
• Maintain client account information in the agency management system.
• Consult with Client Executive or Account Executive regularly.
• Review and prepare renewal proposals for clients.
