Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team as the primary day-to-day contact for service needs of external and internal customers. You will coordinate service deliverables, ensure accurate insurance processing, and maintain a high-quality customer experience.

This role requires subject matter expertise in client services, with on-site collaboration to support cross-functional teams and drive effective coverage strategies.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life License required.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, premiums, commissions
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
• Applied Systems / EPIC experience is a plus
• Knowledge of insurance principles in everyday situations
• Employee Navigator experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Service accounts, including quotes and issuing policies, ID cards, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and correspondence.
• Respond to client inquiries and company request needs timely.
• Develop coverage strategies when needed.
• Insurance marketing and sales.
• Collect renewal data on assigned accounts.
• Provide claims support.
• Review policies/endorsements for accuracy.
• Maintain client data in agency management system (Applied Systems / EPIC).
• Document activities in agency management system (AP/EPIC).
• Understand/upload/download interface technology.
• Assist other departments to issue appropriate policies for mutual clients.
• Keep Producers informed of important activities and potential issues.
• Keep current with industry trends and license compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting requirements and policy provisions.
