Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. The Account Manager is the primary day-to-day contact for all service needs for both external and internal customers.

They are accountable for facilitating team service deliverables and managing accurate, efficient, and effective responses. This role requires subject matter expertise in client services and coordination, accurate insurance processing and customer experience delivery.

Qualifications

• Current Insurance License in Health & Life for the state where the agency office is located.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the insurance industry or business-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the overall team operations, client coordination, and customer service delivery.
• Leverage knowledge in client services, insurance processing and customer experience to coach Account Associates.
• Assists Producers and Account Executives with client service commitments.
• Ensures service standards are met and processes improvements are implemented.
• Handles day-to-day client contact and helps clients make informed decisions for success.
• Manages the new business and renewal process and day-to-day client changes.
• Drives client retention, account rounding, referrals and smooth renewals.
• Sends pre-renewal information and follows up for quotes in a timely manner.
• Manages renewal marketing plans and creates accurate proposals for renewals.
• Reviews quotes for accuracy and negotiates coverage/price with underwriters.
• Completes renewal bind processes accurately and documents the file.
• Documents the file to minimize E&O exposure and respond to client requests.
