Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is hiring an Account Manager to serve as a primary contact for assigned client accounts in an on-site role. You will develop coverage strategies, process quotes, endorsements, renewals, and claims while maintaining accurate client data across systems.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, experience with insurance processes, and collaboration with Producers and cross-functional teams. An active health and life license is required.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life License required.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• MS Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mathematical skills: calculating discounts, premiums, commissions.
• Reasoning skills: solving practical problems.
• Applied Systems/EPIC experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of insurance concepts and industry basics.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts, including quotes, policies, IDs, endorsements, certificates, claims, renewals and correspondence.
• Respond to client inquiries and internal requests.
• Develop coverage strategies and plans as needed.
• Support insurance marketing and sales efforts.
• Collect renewal data for assigned accounts.
• Provide claims support and data review.
• Maintain accurate client data in the agency management system (Applied Systems/EPIC).
• Document activities in the system and coordinate with other departments.
