Job summary

Acrisure in Burlington, VT is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to manage a diverse client book, quotes, and carrier liaison, delivering tailored solutions for coverage and cost. You will regularly interact with clients and brokers to negotiate pricing and implement policy changes.

This role requires 4+ years in employee benefits, life/health licenses, and strong analytical skills. On-site collaboration, leadership, and cross-functional partnership are valued as we support growth

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of employee benefits coverages and structures.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage expectations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis.
• Experience with benefit administration systems or HR tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business, quotes, and carrier liaison for clients.
• Interact with new and existing clients to tailor coverage and cost solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, collect and analyze client data, and implement policy changes.
• Coordinate renewals, carrier communications, and enrollment processes.
• Support escalated client issues with cross-functional teams (claims, legal, brokers).
• Lead client meetings and assist with renewals and strategic planning.
