Lockton Companies in San Diego, CA, is seeking an Associate Account Executive in the Employee Benefits space. You will support marketing, servicing, and strategic consulting efforts for current and prospective clients, helping tailor benefit solutions that meet client needs.

You will lead servicing of a designated book, manage engagements, produce client reports and RFP responses, and mentor junior staff. This role requires strong relationship skills and travel flexibility.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of employee benefits client services experience.
• Strong knowledge of group benefits, services, programs, and marketing lines of coverage.
• Ability to perform renewal projections for fully insured and self-funded clients.
• Understanding of industry regulations and trends.
• Professional demeanor to interface with senior management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
