Job summary

Lockton in San Diego is seeking an Associate Account Executive in Employee Benefits to support marketing, servicing and strategic consulting for clients. You will help develop benefit solutions, manage client relationships, and collaborate with carriers and vendor networks to meet client needs.

You will lead renewal marketing, assist in RFPs, prepare client reports, and mentor junior staff while advancing the growth of Lockton's People Solutions Practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of employee benefits client services experience.
• Knowledge of group benefits, plans, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead servicing of a designated book of business related to renewal, marketing, and client service.
• Manage client engagements and projects; align resources and manage expectations.
• Produce RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, analyze and present client reports with recommendations.
• Interpret and evaluate plan offerings to meet clients' risk tolerance.
• Oversee enrollment communications and design plan benchmarking studies.
• Mentor and train junior staff.
