Lockton Companies in San Francisco seeks an Associate Account Executive in the Employee Benefits space. You will support marketing, servicing, and strategic consulting for prospective and current clients, contributing to the growth of our People Solutions Practice.

You’ll mentor junior staff and collaborate with carriers, broker servicing networks, and other providers to deliver tailored benefit solutions while staying current on industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of employee benefits client services experience.
• Strong knowledge of group benefits and marketing for benefit plans.
• Ability to analyze renewal projections for fully insured and self-funded clients.
• Understanding of industry trends and government regulations.
• Professional, ethical interaction with senior management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Lead servicing of a designated book of business including renewal, marketing, and client service.
• Manage client engagements and projects, securing resources and aligning with client needs.
• Produce RFPs, coordinate responses, and present client reports with recommendations.
• Interpret plan offerings to meet clients' risk tolerance.
• Influence client strategic direction and decision-making.
