Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Manager to lead all sales initiatives and develop frontline Sales Counselors. You will drive performance through a customer-focused experience and provide guidance in hiring, training, and evaluating staff.

The role requires strong leadership, empathy, and the ability to collaborate across departments, with travel to client homes and occasional evenings/weekends. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience
• Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; handle employee relations and performance issues
• Must posses a valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle
• Able to travel to potential clients homes located anywhere in the geographic region served by the location
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed
• Able to obtain any relevant professional licensing required within 90 days of employment
• Well organized with strong time management skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with sales staff to ensure the attainment of sales goals
• Monitoring production at location and developing the sales team
• Providing direction in hiring, promotion, and training of assigned staff
• Ensures the best possible results from presentations to current and potential clients
• Communicating frequently with all departments to ensure support of location needs
• Daily evaluations of sales activity to provide recommendations and best practices
• Coordinating employee scheduling to ensure coverage at all times
