Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Manager to lead all sales initiatives and build our frontline Sales Counselors. The role focuses on a customer-centric experience, developing the sales team, and achieving goals across the location.

You will guide hiring, training, and performance, while coordinating with other departments to meet location needs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record, at least 1 year in supervision, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; can appropriately handle employee relations and performance issues.
• Capable of developing new and effective methods of increasing sales in a competitive environment.
• Enjoys interacting and collaborating effectively with others in a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with sales staff to ensure the attainment of sales goals.
• Monitoring production at location and developing the sales team.
• Providing direction in the hiring, promotion, and training of assigned staff, ensuring company policies are followed.
• Ensures the best possible results from presentations to current and potential clients.
• Communicating frequently with all departments to ensure support of location needs.
• Daily evaluations of sales activity in order to provide recommendations and best practices.
• Coordinating employee scheduling to ensure coverage at all times.
