Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; insurance license if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation with daily prospecting expectations.
• Obtain referrals from families served and networks.
• Explain and present cemetery and pre-need options to families.
• Maintain activity levels and track productivity.
• Build relationships with families and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to provide seamless service.
• Prepare for appointments and follow through on family concerns and requests.
