Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a full-time customer service representative to engage with customers via phone, manage inbound and outbound calls, and guide them to solutions. You will document interactions and collaborate with departments to resolve issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stay engaged on the phone with minimal distractions.
• Typing assessment required.
• Excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone.
• Make outbound collection calls and persuade payments on past due accounts.
• Document customer interactions across tools/platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
