RAS LaVrar, LLC is seeking a Call Center Representative in Plantation, FL. This role serves as the primary contact for consumers, providing compliant telephonic support to resolve outstanding accounts and educate customers on repayment options.

You will manage high-volume calls, negotiate payment plans, document all interactions in the firm’s systems, and uphold FDCPA compliance while maintaining professional relationships with customers, attorneys, and third-party representatives.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.
• Specialized background: Debt collections or legal support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on account resolution options and provide accurate balance/status information.
• Negotiate payment plans and creative solutions to individual customer circumstances.
• Develop professional relationships with customers, attorneys, and third-party representatives to ensure timely collections.
• Address customer concerns and disputes via phone in a timely and professional manner, escalating when necessary.
• Document all interactions and account activity to maintain compliant records in firm systems.
• Maintain strict adherence to FDCPA and client-mandated scripts on every interaction.
• Manage inter-office correspondence and callbacks to ensure seamless communications within the department.
