Job summary

Pima Medical Institute is seeking an Admissions Support Center Specialist to join our Mesa Support Center on-site. You will be the friendly voice guiding prospective students and their families toward campus appointments and educational goals.

This 100% in-office role requires excellent verbal and written communication, 2+ years in call center or customer service, and CRM/lead management experience. Schedule includes evenings and occasional weekend shifts within operating hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of call center, administrative, or customer service experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with a patient, customer-centric phone presence.
• Experience using a CRM or lead management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to prospective students and families to schedule campus appointments.
• Provide accurate information about programs, policies, and admissions; reschedule appointments as needed to keep students on track.
• Perform outreach to missed appointments to encourage rescheduling; distribute program information and applicant mailings.
• Maintain campus admissions calendars to ensure seamless appointment scheduling for campus teams.
• Add new leads into the CRM and maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions.
• Review lead, appointment, and enrollment reports; collaborate with call center peers to refine customer service standards.
