Job summary

PMI U.S. is hiring an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Eastern Region. You will own a business territory, partner with retail customers, analyze sales data, and execute growth strategies while developing core commercial and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or expected prior to start date.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, retail operations, or commercial leadership.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, volunteer work, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
