Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Eastern Region. You will own a business territory, partner with retail customers, analyze sales data, and execute strategies to drive growth in your market.

You’ll gain hands-on business experience and develop skills in sales, relationship management, negotiation, analytics, and strategic planning. Location is the Eastern U.S. region with potential relocation within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or expected.
• Interest in sales, consumer goods, retail operations, or commercial leadership.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must reside within or relocate to the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retail partners and become a trusted business advisor.
• Support sales growth and execution within your assigned territory.
• Use sales and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
• Present business recommendations and insights to customers.
• Execute merchandising, promotional, and visibility initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Ensure product availability and in-store execution standards.
• Manage territory administration, reporting, expenses, and POS materials.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to support business goals.
• Develop leadership and customer management skills through real-world experience.
