Job summary

PMI U.S. is hiring an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Eastern Region. You will own a business territory, partner with retail customers, analyze sales data, and execute growth strategies.

From day one you’ll build leadership and commercial skills across sales, negotiation, analytics, and strategic planning while relocating within the region as needed. This is a hands-on role with real impact in consumer goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or expected prior to start date.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of experience encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, retail operations, or commercial leadership.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, volunteer work, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retail partners and become a trusted business advisor.
• Support sales growth and execution within your assigned territory.
• Use sales and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
• Present business recommendations and fact-based insights to customers.
