Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Eastern Region. You will own a retail territory, partner with customers, analyze sales data, and drive growth through strategic execution.

You will develop skills in sales, relationship management, negotiation, analytics, and planning while relocating within the Eastern U.S. and progressing toward a leadership role in a fast‑growing consumer goods company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or expected before start date.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of experience encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, retail operations, or commercial leadership.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus orgs, athletics, military service, volunteer work, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retail partners and become a trusted business advisor.
• Support sales growth and execution within your assigned territory.
• Use sales and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
• Present business recommendations and fact-based insights to customers.
• Execute merchandising, promotional, and visibility initiatives.
